A Sous Chef role is available at a multi outlet Spa Hotel located near Stockton on Tees. As Sous chef you will assist the Senior staff to organise, monitor and train the brigade of 6 chefs. The spa hotel serves 60 plus covers each day in the restaurant serving fresh food dishes to the guests and also offers bar meals. The hotel also offer afternoon teas and has a busy function and banqueting department catering for a further 100 sit down covers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress within the company
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organisational skills.
