A Sous Chef position is available at charming country inn that has an excellent reputation for the standard of food served in the restaurant, private functions and weddings. The food is bold, vibrant and inventive comprising of quality ingredients locally sourced, which are crafted into pub classics with a modern twist. As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the running of the well organised kitchen and train the junior members of the team. The position will give you the opportunity to work alongside an ambitious Head Chef and is an excellent opportunity to develop skills to progress to Head Chef level.
The role needs a Sous Chef that has experience working in high quality fresh food kitchens, who is eager to learn new skills, and has a stable background.
