A Sous Chef position is available to join an award winning much talked about restaurant with rooms. The food is bold, vibrant and inventive comprising of quality ingredients including locally sourced and foraged produce, which are crafted into unique dishes. As Second in command in the kitchen you will follow the head chefs specifications and guidelines and enhance the kitchen team. The role needs a Sous Chef that has experience working in a 3 rosette standard or Michelin star restaurant, who is innovative and creative. You must have a passion for culinary arts, pay attention to detail and have a high standard of presentation.
