The Head Chef of this property is currently seeking to recruit a Sous Chef to join the team of eight chefs in the kitchen where you will be preparing dishes for the modern, Brasserie style restaurant; the banqueting suite and the private dining room. In this Sous Chef position you will be working with all fresh produce maintaining the high standards of cooking the property has built its reputation upon. You will be responsible for setting daily production levels, monitoring all goods received from suppliers and ensuring quality standards are always met.
Ideally have both fine dining and conference and banqueting experience and thrive at working in a busy kitchen environment. Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential, along with good time management skills, a strong customer focus and attention to detail.
