The Manager of this luxury boutique hotel is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast menu, bar menus and evening A la Carte menus where all dishes are made on site using quality, fresh ingredients to a high standard. The hotel also has a busy conferencing and banqueting department which can cater for up to 200 guests and . The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team.
An experienced Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background with experience of working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
