A Sous Chef is required for this trendy bar restaurant to help to build up a great reputation for serving high quality fresh food. As Sous Chef you will need to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly. The restaurant offers French classical cooking with a modern concept and the menu consist of small plates using fresh seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers as much as possible. As Sous Chef you will be supporting the team of 3 chefs cooking for 60-80 covers per service.
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Sous Chef in a good quality fresh food property. You must have a stable background, be enthusiastic, and want to develop you skills within a strong team.
