A Sous Chef is required at a country pub to help the head chef retain the great reputation for serving high quality fresh food. As Sous Chef you will need to work closely with the small team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The menus, which you will be strongly involved in developing, consist of modern British pub dishes using fresh seasonal produce and freshly made pizzas.
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as Sous Chef or senior cdp in a similar style of good quality food led pub. An enthusiastic chef who can work well under pressure and is able to bring good menu ideas would be ideal for this role.
The restaurant has opened in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
