A privately owned, award wining restaurant is seeking to recruit a Sous Chef for the main kitchen. The restaurant offers modern European fine dining dishes with the cooking having achieved two AA Rosettes and plenty of recognition as a leading venue to dine. In this role of Sous Chef you will be assisting the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen whilst guiding the rest of the brigade. The restaurant prides itself on attention to detail so you will need to be able to work to a high standard whilst supervising others. You will using top quality ingredients which are sourced from the best suppliers. This role is an excellent role to learn and push yourself towards becoming a Head Chef.
Requirements:
An experienced Sous Chef who is looking to progress and is passionate and ambitious is required for this role. Experience of working in properties with similar qualities and a minimum one AA Rosette is required for this role.
