This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a successful and growing company at one of their fast paced restaurants. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. Your responsibility will be to assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of the kitchen staff, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of culinary operations and service of up to 500 covers. , You will contribute to food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.
Requirements:
This role of Sous Chef would suit a Sous Chef with strong culinary background, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of kitchen paperwork is essential to assist the Head Chef to comply with kitchen legislation.
