The hotel has a brasserie style restaurant offering fresh seasonal changing menus and also caters for conferences, banquets and weddings. This is a very busy hotel especially during the summer so you must be able to work well under pressure. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to work straight shifts in a progressive company that offer their staff plenty of benefits.
Requirements:
The Head Chef is seeking stable and passionate Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen where you gained strong banqueting skills is essential.
