This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a Successful company at one of its popular holiday parks. As Sous Chef, you will be working in the high volume restaurant that offers a café style branded menu. During peak season the park is extremely busy and fast paced but out of season it is quieter. It is essential that you have a sound working knowledge of all kitchen paperwork as the site is audited regularly,

The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at sous chef level and have experience in volume branded kitchens and able to follow specs. A Chef that is a good leader, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
