Exciting Opportunity for a Sous Chef
A successful contract catering company is seeking an Sous Chef to join the team of 6 chefs at one of their accounts. As Sous Chef, you will support the head chef to manage the kitchen and back of house operations, including the production of innovative quality menus in line with agreed budgets and projections whilst ensuring profitability and growth. You will assist to manage the site operation which provides breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and hospitality when required for up to 350 covers daily, The menus are prepared using fresh seasonal produce with a wide choice available at each serving. The working hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm so ideal for a Sous Chef who is seeking a work life balance
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working for a minimum of 3 years in a kitchen supervisory role. They must also have a proven track record in the administration and delivery of successful kitchen teams, with a focus on client and customer service.
