An opportunity is available at a highly regarded Inn, located in the beautiful Kent Downs, for a Sous Chef where you will be assisting the Head Chef to manage the kitchen operation and to ensure the team of chefs are capable of working to the high standards required at this property. The Inn offers a menu consisting of dishes prepared from fresh seasonal quality produce cooked to 2 AA rosette standard offering a daily changing special board along with traditional favourites. In this role of Sous Chef you will be capable of running the kitchen during the Head Chef days off and ensuring the junior team members are fully prepared for service and trained to be able to produce great quality dishes to high standards.
A Sous Chef who has recently been working in a two AA Rosette accredited venue who also has a good knowledge of banqueting is needed for this role. A chef with good all round skills in the kitchen who is capable of leading others whilst also running service when needed is required to take on this role.
