The Owners of this reputable hotel located in the Lincoln area is seeking a Sous Chef with previous experience working in rosette standard kitchens and can support the Head Chef. The hotel currently offers 1 rosette dining but the head chef is pushing forward standards to achieve further accolades. The hotel service includes restaurant, bar and functions so at times can be very busy. As Sous Chef you will not only be supporting the Head Chef but in their absence you will be leading the brigade along with the responsibility for kitchen management. This is a great opportunity to stamp your name on a good kitchen.
This role would suit an experienced Sous Chef or a very experienced Snr Sous Chef looking for the next step up. Previous experience at a similar venue is vital along with all Chefs applying having a proven track record working to a minimum of 1 AA rosette level. Good mentoring and leadership skills are essential for this role along with excellent knowledge of current Kitchen regulations.
Due to the location of this property it is essential that you have your own transport
