A fantastic opportunity is available for a Sous Chef to work in a fresh food bistro, located in a reputable garden centre near Oakham. The bistro offers all day dining and the seasonally changing menus are all freshly cooked using top quality ingredients. This role which is 48 hours a week would be ideal for a Sous Chef seeking better working hours as you will be working day shifts only either 7am until 4pm or 8am to 6pm. The business is continually expanding and so this is a great chance for an ambitious chef.
A Sous Chef who has been working in a fresh food environment but is seeking a new challenge in their career that can offer better working hours. It is important that you have knowledge of all kitchen paperwork and able to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
