The Exec Chef of a large 4* hotel in Lincolnshire is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in the running of the Brasserie Kitchen. This is a fast paced, high volume dining operation that requires a Sous Chef who can fully support the head Chef to organise the team to maintain the high standards expected at the venue. The kitchen has a strong team of 8 chefs already in place and just requires a Sous Chef who can cover the head Chef in their absence.
Requirements:
A Sous Chef who has experience of working in a volume fast paced fresh food operation is needed for this role. It is important that you can demonstrate that you are organised, disciplined and have good communication skills.
