Sous Chef – MT2178 Full Time Permanent

The Head Chef of this well run town hotel is seeking a Sous Chef who can maintain the high standard of fresh food served in the fine dining restaurant that serves 1 AA rosette standard food. The hotel offers breakfast, has a fine dining restaurant, a lighter bar menu, serves afternoon teas, Sunday lunches and has a thriving banqueting and conferencing department The kitchen is a good size and as Sous chef you you will be assisting in menu planning and leading a brigade of 7 Chefs so good leadership skills are also required. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and progressive team of chefs.

Requirements:

This role would suit an experienced junior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in their career and has a proven track record of working in a fresh food operation.
