A privately owned fresh food restaurant and retail shop with an excellent reputation, is seeking to recruit a Sous Chef to join the kitchen. You will have an input on the menu which is created using locally sourced fresh seasonal produce cooked to rosette standards. In this role of Sous Chef you will be assisting the head chef to maintain the smooth running of the operation and coaching the junior members of the team.
A strong senior chef de partie or a sous chef who has been working in high quality, fresh food, minimum one AA Rosette level kitchens is required for this role. Chefs with the confidence to work with new and innovative ideas will be ideal for this role.
