The position of a Sous Chef to help the exec chef to maintain an excellent standard of service at a multi outlet food Site near Grantham. As Sous Chef you will assist in overseeing the food and kitchen operations for dining areas offering different cuisines, atmospheres and interiors, ranging from fine dining in the brasserie, family friendly rustic burgers and grills and a Cafe that also serves afternoon teas. Each food outlet share in common a level of pride taken in providing quality service whilst championing seasonal ingredients from both local suppliers and home grown. This is a growing business which has further expansion plans so is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and forward thinking team.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced Sous chef with a proven track record working in high quality fresh food establishments that take pride in their service. it is essential that you have a thorough understanding and passion for fresh food and flavours. Must have an understanding of costs and charges relating to food operations and be able to motivate the kitchen team to deliver a consistently high standard of food.
