A very Successful and expanding pub company is seeking a Sous Chefs for one of its iconic pubs on the Wirral peninsular. As our Sous Chef, you will be the second in command and enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. Supporting your head chef to lead and mentor your brigade, you will also be passionate about their training and continued development.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level and have worked at fresh food volume pubs or restaurants. A Chef that is a good leader, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
