A Sous Chef position is available to help maintain an excellent standard of service at a multi outlet food site in Chester. As Sous Chef you will assist the head chef to oversee and manage a variety of kitchen operations offering different cuisines, atmospheres and interiors, ranging from family friendly dining of rustic burgers and grills in the bar and cafes. Each food outlet share in common a level of pride taken in providing quality service and wholesome fresh food. This is a growing business which has further expansion plans so is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and forward thinking team. This position is mainly daytime hours but occasionally when there are hospitality events and functions you will be work evenings.
Ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced Sous chef with previous experience of working in busy fresh food establishments that take pride in their service. It is essential that you are flexible and work well under pressure. Ongoing training and development will be given as this company believes in looking after and promoting staff
