The owner of a brewery with a bar and 100 cover restaurant on site is seeking to appoint a Sous Chef to assist the kitchen brigade. The restaurant offers all day dining, including breakfasts, an a la carte menu, light bites, afternoon teas and Sunday lunches. The dishes offered consists of only the finest quality ingredients. The menu itself has the spine of British classics, with subtle influences from around the world to ensure it is kept exciting. As Sous Chef, you will assist to oversee the kitchen, and take control when the head chef is absent. The position will allow you to build up stamina to handle high pressure situations, and be part of a progressive and forward thinking company.
The role needs a Sous Chef that has experience working in fresh food kitchens that also offer international dishes, who is innovative and creative and has a passion to succeed. You must have an interest for culinary arts, pay attention to detail and have a high standard of presentation.
