A Senior Sous Chef role is available to join a progressive company that has an excellent reputation. As Senior Sous chef you will assist the Head Chef to organise, monitor and train the brigade of 8 chefs. This hotel is a conference, event, party and wedding venue for up to 350 guests and also offers table d’hote dinning in the 120 cover restaurant and lighter meals in the bar. In this Senior Sous Chef role will also be expected to carry out the kitchen admin; follow hygiene legislation; have a strong input on managing kitchen finances. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress within the company.
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Senior Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong kitchen management skills.
