A multi outlet prestigious Country Hotel, with golf course and spa, that offers fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce is recruiting a Senior Sous chef. As Senior Sous Chef you will be working with a team, supporting the Head Chef, to organise, monitor and train the junior chefs in a faced paced environment. This role offers good working hours to ensure a work life balance is achieved for the team in the kitchen. The multi outlet hotel is busy all year round but especially during the holiday periods. The kitchens serves the terrace, private dining and has a strong banqueting and conference department, all dishes are made using fresh seasonal produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to work in a multi outlet busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Senior Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organisational skills. CV’s will be considered from Junior Sous Chef who has the required experience.
