Sous Chef – SB2094 Full Time Permanent

A Sous Chef position is available at a four star country hotel and spa which is a busy dining venue with fine dining award winning restaurants serving fresh, modern dishes. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result this Sous Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Head Chef with the day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the team of chefs in the kitchen.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from Sous Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience. A sous chef who has the drive and ability to be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
