A Senior Sous Chef role is available to join a progressive company that has an excellent reputation. As Senior Sous chef you will assist the Head Chef to organise, monitor and train the brigade of 10 chefs. The spa hotel serves guests and spa customers in either the restaurant, bar area, or private dining rooms serving freshly prepared nutritious dishes using seasonal ingredients . This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef, minimum 2 years experience, who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organisational skills.
