A Senior Sous Chef is required for this recently refurbished, award winning boutique hotel which boasts a great reputation not only for its food but also for its destination. The Senior Sous Chef will need to work closely with the head chef and a talented, friendly team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen high standards are maintained. The restaurant serves 3 AA Rosette fine dining a la carte and tasting menus from 6.30 to 8.30 each evening, and Sunday lunches. The menus are regularly changing and consist of modern British dishes cooked to award winning standards, using fresh seasonal produce locally sourced ingredients.
The ideal candidate for this role must ideally have rosette experience with a stable background. They will also have been working at Sous Chef level in their most recent position. They must also be, career minded, an enthusiastic and ambitious chef that enjoys a role that can offer progression.
