A busy hotel located in Lincoln are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to assist with the running of all sections in the kitchen to ensure smooth service operations. The hotel currently offers 1 rosette dining but is looking to achieve further accolades with the Head Chef taking time to help members of the brigade be trained to high standards. The hotel service includes restaurant, bar and functions so can be very busy especially during peak seasons. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in an up and coming kitchen where you will be expected to be able to run all sections whilst also assisting with the training of the junior members of the team.
This role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking for the next step up. Previous experience at a similar venue is important, all Chefs applying must have a proven track record working to a minimum of 1 AA rosette level. An eagerness to learn and develop is needed for this role
