Senior Chef de Partie – SB2339 Full Time Permanent

An established and popular family established French Restaurant, is recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie with experience in French cuisine. The restaurant offers authentic French Cuisine cooked to a high standard and has an excellent reputation locally. In this role you will be assisting a small number of chefs to deliver freshly prepared and cooked dishes which are changed regularly to reflect seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner service and also caters some private dining.

Requirements:

A Senior Chef de Partie who has a classical French background and training proven track record of working in fast paced kitchens. A chef who is enthusiastic, courteous, pays excellent attention to details and is flexible with a can-do attitude.
