The Head Chef of a luxury boutique hotel located in Henley on Thames is seeking either a Senior Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous Chef to join the stable kitchen team. In this role you will assist to prepare and cook dishes for the all day dining restaurant which offers breakfast, afternoon teas and and a modern British evening menu. All dishes are prepared and cooked on site using quality, fresh seasonal ingredients to a high standard. The Head Chef is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to assist the junior members of the team.
An experienced Chef de Partie or senior Chef de Partie who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background with experience of working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
