Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef – SB2374 Full TimePermanent
An independent family run hospitality complex set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to join the busy kitchen teams. In this role of JuniorSous Chef you will be working in the fine dining restaurant alongside a team of talented chefs. The regularly changing menus is produced using fresh local ingredients and follows a farm to fork concept. This property has an excellent reputation and this job offers a good work life balance.

The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in a similar environment – i.e. 4 star hotel with a fine dining restaurant.
MUST be able to demonstrate their interest in food and a passion for consistently achieving to their full potential.
Please note that due to our rural location it is recommended that candidates have their own transport.
