Senior Chef de Partie – CG2185 Full Time Permanent

A popular foodie pub and inn located in the heart of Conwy is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. The property is busy all year round, and has a great reputation for serving the finest of fresh locally sourced produce. This pub is part of an expanding family company that pits its team first, and have great opportunities for career progression within the group. This Senior Chef de Partie role will see you working on all sections within a small team and training will be provided by the very experienced Head Chef.

Requirements:

An experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie seeking a stable, long term post would fit into the kitchen team perfectly.  It is important that you already have experience working in good quality, fresh food kitchens ideally restaurants or food led pubs. The Head Chef will consider a Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career for this role.
