A very successful hotel company which has a great reputation for high quality dining and service is seeking permanent relief chefs on a full time basis. The Relief chefs will be based at one of the hotels within the group depending on your location, however you will be required to be able to travel between all of the hotel locations in Suffolk . In this role you will be expected to cover head and sous chefs across the group for any holidays, illnesses etc…
Requirements:
A committed and flexible sous or head chef who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, It is also essential that you are hard working and able to provide support to the varying kitchen teams and have experience working in fresh food kitchens to a minimum 1AA rosette level.
