A Restaurant Manager is required to work in a privately owned much talked about award winning restaurant in a stunning red star property. The food that is served is bold but beautiful, vibrant, and inventive, but with zero interest in gimmicks. As restaurant manager you will work within a tight knit team. You will use excellent communication skills and passion for all things food and wine to provide the guests with an outstanding dining experience. Among other responsibilities you will engage in training programmes, stock and waste management, work schedules, continuous improvement programmes, and be part of the forward thinking team associated with innovation and progression.
Requirements:
A hands on manager that can lead from the front with an excellent knowledge of both food and drinks. A proven track record of supporting and training a strong team with good working relations. Have an eye for detail and a proven track record of increasing sales and assisting in business development. You must have previous experience of working in a Michelin or 3 AA rosette or equivalent property.
