An independent family run 4 AA Stars Hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside is currently seeking to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef to join and assist the busy pastry team. This is a wide and varied role, where you will experience preparing desserts, pastries and bread for afternoon teas, formal and informal dining, and for weddings and events.
