An independent family run 4 AA Stars Hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside is currently seeking to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef to join and assist the busy pastry team. This is a wide and varied role, where you will experience preparing desserts, pastries and bread for afternoon teas, formal and informal dining, and for weddings and events.

Requirements/ Responsibilities for Pastry Sous Chef:
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in high quality pastry departments, preferably in a four star hotel.
MUST be able to demonstrate their interest in food and a passion for consistently achieving to their full potential.
Please note that due to our rural location it is recommended that candidates have their own transport.
