Pastry Chef – TP2558 Full Time Permanent

Exciting opportunity for a Pastry chef who has a strong input on the menus at a 4* star Hotel which has a busy dining venue with an award winning 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant serving modern dishes for 60+ covers at dinner, 40+ at lunch. In this role of Pastry Chef you will also cater for the weddings, special events, private dining and afternoon tea service that take place at the site. As Pastry Chef you will be responsible for ensuring that dishes reflect the main menus and will have the opportunity to use modern cooking techniques and equipment.

Requirements:

A Pastry Chef who is experienced in working in kitchens accredited up to two AA Rosette level is required to take on this role. It is important that you are a creative chef capable of designing your own dishes and have dishes that you can bring to the department. All chefs must be able to demonstrate excellent team work and have a passion to provide a quality service every time.
