Pastry Chef de Partie – SB2362 Full Time Permanent

The owner of a renowned restaurant with rooms is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to support the renowned head chef push forward the already outstanding reputation of the award winning fine dining restaurant. The restaurant is busy all year round serving locals and destination visitors with the dishes on the menus and the tasting menus being created using fresh seasonally changing local ingredients.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented, passionate team that are working together to achieve even higher accolades. Menus are changed regularly depending on the season and what the local farms are producing.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have experience of working as Pastry Chef de Partie with fine dining experience. It is essential that you are hard working, passionate, forward thinking and have a can do attitude. It is essential that you have a proven track record of operating in similar restaurant environments and have demonstrated the ability to working closely with a team.
