The Chef Patron of an 2AA Rosette award winning inn with rooms is currently seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join team of 7 chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will have a varied role preparing desserts, breads, and pastry items using seasonally fresh produce. This is a great place to work, a stable kitchen where the chef patron looks after and provides excellent training for chefs. You will work 4 days with 3 days off.
A Pastry Chef de Partie with a keen interest is required to take on this role, previous experience working in the pastry section of rosette standard kitchens is essential.
**Due to the location of this property it is essential that applicants have their own transport**
