The Eurostar team of an expanding production company that produce the catering for Eurostar Business Premium and Standard Premium class, up to 40,000 dishes per week leave following menus that are created and signed off with the support of Raymond Blanc.
The company looking for a passionate and dedicated Pastry Chef de Partie to become part of the Eurostar kitchen team at the state-of-the-art headquarters in Oxfordshire.
Responsible for producing up to 5,000 desserts per week for the business and premium carriages of Eurostar, delivering exceptional quality desserts on high volume. They are looking for someone who is an inspirational, strong leader and someone who can support with new ideas for the seasonal menus.
Experience working as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a fresh food background for at least a year. Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and passionate about producing great food with exceptional attention to detail.
Working Pattern: 45 hours per week – 5 days across 7 – Straight Shifts 6am to 3pm
