A Pastry Chef de Partie role is available at a leading hotel in Surrey
An opportunity is available for a Pastry Chef de Partie to work in the pastry kitchen of a high quality hotel that offers its guests award winning dining. As Pastry Chef de Partie you will receive plenty of training to further develop your skills on the pastry section. Working with high quality ingredients you will be helping to create restaurant desserts, banqueting desserts, pastries, baked goods, afternoon teas etc.
It is important that all chefs applying for this role have worked as a Commis Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie in a fresh food preparation kitchen for a high quality hotel or restaurant. An infinity with the pastry section with a wish to base your CV in this area of the kitchen is essential.
