An exciting opportunity for a PastryChef de Partie is available at a four star, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation where you will be joining a large team of 15 chefs. The property has two restaurants that have separate menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure guests for functions and weddings. As Pastry Chef de Partie you will support the pastry chef in a separate section of the kitchen, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and training in pastry.
CVs will be considered from Pastry Chef de Parties, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations. A Pastry Chef de Partie who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, can show good team work and wants to learn and develop.
