An exciting opportunity is available for a Pastry Chef to work in collaboration with the chef patron at an exceptionally high quality restaurant that offers its guests multi award winning dining. As Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating modern British dishes using a wealth of locally farmed and foraged produce . Working with high quality ingredients you will create restaurant desserts, pastries and bread for the lunch time and evening tasting menus and Sunday lunches.
Requirements:
It is important that all chefs applying for this role have worked as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining kitchen preferably to Michelin standard.
