The Group HR Manager of award winning hotels, is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the talented team of chefs working in the kitchen at one of the properties, located in an idyllic Suffolk village. The restaurant at the hotel offers a menu with a wide choice of dishes that change with the seasons with classic recipes given modern interpretations prepared using locally grown produce wherever possible. The property has a separate brasserie style restaurant as well as catering for its busy wedding and conference facilities. This is a great place for a chef de Partie to work, a busy kitchen with a fairly young team and good atmosphere. This hotel is very popular with visitors and guests.
Requirements:
A Pastry Chef de Partie who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role. Minimum Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
