The Group Head Chef of an established company is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the group and work between two of their flagship pubs. They require a Chef de Partie that can implement company specifications, the core menus are seasonally changing and consists of pub classics using the finest of local ingredients. There are also special boards in both pubs which you and your team will have an input on these dishes. The pub kitchens are well supported and fully equipped and the company is committed to staff training.
It is essential that all chefs applying are able to drive as the pubs are 5 miles apart.
A Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef who has been working in a similar fresh food pub environment where you were cooking all dishes from scratch using quality, fresh ingredients. The role needs a chef who is passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to achieve and is able to follow company specifications.
