A fresh food Inn located in Cumbria, which has a busy, fast paced dining operation is seeking a Junior Sous/Sous Chef to work within the kitchen. The pub has a great reputation in the region and is popular with locals and visitors to the area offering all day dining with rosette standard menus. There is a family feel to the team at the pub and this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to within this small brigade as long as you are hardworking and able to provide excellent support to the Head Chef. The pub can get very busy so service needs to be fast paced during busy periods whilst keeping the high standards expected.
Requirements:
A Junior Sous/Sous Chef who has been working in fresh food fast paced restaurants or pubs is required to take on this position. An ambitious chef who is seeking a role that can offer you long term career options and plenty of training would be ideal for this role. You will need a good work ethic and a desire to learn.
