Junior Sous Chef – TP2539 Full Time Permanent

A busy hotel located in Harrogate is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist with the running of all sections in its fast paced kitchen to ensure smooth service operations. The hotel offers fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with Asian influences through to modern British fine dining served in its high end brasserie. This is a fantastic opportunity as a Junior Sous Chef to develop your skills in an up and coming kitchen where you will be expected to be able to run all sections whilst also assisting with the training of the junior members of the team.

Requirements:

Chefs applying must have previous experience in a fast paced, fine dining brasserie establishment and an eagerness to learn and develop.
