The Head Chef of a well established, privately owned restaurant with an excellent reputation is currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen which has a team of four chefs. The position needs a Junior Sous Chef with strong all round cooking skills who is capable of preparing modern British and Mediterranean influenced dishes to the high standards its diners have to come to expect.
Requirements:
The role would suit a confident Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who is used to working at this level in a high quality, fresh food restaurant who is capable of working on different sections in the kitchen. It is essential that all chefs applying for this role are able to offer the kitchen stability with the ability to stay for a long period of time.
