A restaurant based at a 4* Country resort is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to ensure service times run smoothly and develop the team to a high standard. The restaurant has well produced menus using fresh food and features a combination of Brasserie style dishes and modern pub dishes, aspiring to produce top end food. As Sous Chef you will join a well established team working for an exceptional company with career progression. The team cooks for large numbers during the peak season, ensuring the company procedures are followed consistently.
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a CDP or Junior Sous Chef in a food led pub or branded restaurant where you were cooking fresh food. An ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer you progression within a company would be ideal. All round cooking skills in the kitchen are essential for this role.
