A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a luxury boutique country hotel which is a busy dining venue with a fine dining award winning restaurants serving fresh seasonal, modern dishes. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, conferences and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result this Junior Sous Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the senior chefs with the day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the brigade.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from senior Chef de Parties or Junior Sous Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience. A chef who has the drive and ability to be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved. It is essential that you live locally and have your own transport.
