The position of Junior Sous Chef is available at a 60 cover popular country pub which has a great reputation for offering its guests quality fresh food. The pub restaurant serves seasonal dishes, using fresh ingredient in an informal and relaxed atmosphere and there is a function room that caters for parties, meetings and weddings. During the summer months there is additional seating outside for 300 covers so this is a fast paced kitchen and applicants must be able to cope with pressure. This is a friendly pub with an ambitious Owner who is very supportive of the kitchen team, there are further plans to expand, so this is a great opportunity for you to grow with the business.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced chef de partie or junior sous with a proven track record working in busy fresh food kitchens.
